20 Min INTENSE DUMBBELL SHOULDER WORKOUT at Home | Supersets

Shoulder supersets! 20 minutes shoulder workout at home using only a pair of dumbbells and a mat!
We will hit shoulders at all angles, lifting and lowering with control.
The shoulder lifts should involve NO rocking or momentum from the body. Take your time with these exercises and keep shoulders relaxed!
I am using 2 x 8kg for your reference during this shoulder workout with dumbbells.
With this dumbbell shoulder workout, I do want to highlight 2 key points as these are important to safety and also doing the exercise correct!
KEEP KNEES SOFT WHEN PERFORMING STANDING SHOULDERS
YOU SHOULD BE HOLDING CORE SO TIGHT THAT YOU DON'T ROCK!
The exercises are performed for 30 seconds, then immediately into latetal raises (either double or alternating raises depending on the weight you have) for 30 seconds....then we rest for 30 seconds. We repeat the same lateral raises after each exercise.

REAR DELT ROW

This is not only an at home shoulder workout, you can incorporate this into your gym sessions!
I hope you really focus on the movement, take your time, and smash this dumbbell shoulder workout!!
Don’t forget at the end is the 3 minute plank hold if you joining me for the plank challenge!!!

hello. I have been following your dumbbell shoulder / arm routines for over 40 days ( 5 days a week with 2 off ) I am struggling to see even the slightest of toning in my arms; shoulders. I am using 10 and 12 lb weights ( 12 is challenging to me )

I agree 100%! Exercise has been important for me all my life, but I've never felt as strong or as confident as I do now. I'm continuing to see physical results as I grow stronger and am able to increase my weights. I think my improved strength and definition also comes from the variety of exercises, the combination of muscle groups targeted, and the repeated staples (of exercises I would NEVER repeat on my own so many times). Best workout I have found yet. I am a 67 year old retired teacher. Like to stay in shape. These are kicking my butt. Up to a one minute plank. I swear, I’m going to get that 3 minute plank yet! Thank you for your work and attention!

I have been looking for YEARS for dumbbell weight training workouts. Lots of cardio but I find weight training works better for me. I finally found them. Your workouts are AMAZING! I love that you concentrate on dumbbells and workouts without having to have tons of equipment or have your videos be in a gym. Those can’t be replicated at home. Thank you and keep the videos coming! Now that I found your dumbbell workouts I am way more consistent in my exercise routine. Thank you!

So today I have completed a double shoulder day. I decide to do another one of Carolines shoulders sessions before tonights NEW release and then this popped in and it was more Shoulders 🤣🤣🤣 so I kept going . These supersets with 10kg DBs are just fab and I love how they pump your shoulders. I knew the shoulders would be done for the Plank but you gotta do what ya gotta do. And I did 3' 15. I really hope everyone else is buzzing as much as I am after these workouts.🤩🤩🤩 FAB Caroline 💯 loved it

I personally love dumbbell workouts and Caroline tips before performing it are pretty much spot on and informative ✌️🔥. Tomorrow is my muscle day and my workout list is stacked with all her muscle workouts which have proven to be damn effective 😁✌️💪💙.

You have soooooo many videos it was hard for me to get into a routine. i want to build muscle and do cardio but i feel like i dont have time to do both so i usually end up missing a body part. SO im trying something new. ive been doing your full body HIIT videos and then pairing them with an upper body weight work out one day then a lower body weight the next. I always include ABs and Booty everyday so im going to give this a shot. Thank you for all that you do. i can only imagine how much work and time it takes to do these videos not to mention your private work outs and having a family. you are the best and youre probably tired of hearing it but also beautiful thank you again

Dont know exactly how many times I have completed this now, but what I do know is it doesn't get any easier especially when Im now upping the weights to 15 & 10 kg. Love this one ❤

Hello Lana! Absolutely! I have just been flat out editing etc so definitely soon!! My nutrition is pretty simple though! I’m a busy mother so like simple easy to prepare meals. I don’t batch prepare though and don’t count calories or macros. I just eat balanced intake of protein with every meal such as chicken, turkey, fish, with plenty of greens, salad, I love nuts, Greek yoghurts... and then enjoy a takeaway every Saturday!! 💓

Right now I am doing dumbbell shoulder press so I can learn from this video. You are doing super sets which makes the workout harder. I like the way you use a variety of exercises to achieve the desired result. Your form is very good. Your shoulder development is really good.I love that you smile even during the routine. This is an amazing workout again. Did it after a power walk and your lunge workout (loved it as well) With plank I am a beginner, did 1 minute last week , this week trying to reach 2. Not there yet. What a super shoulder killer this one , really amazing! Thanks!!

You’re a super woman Caroline! 8 kgs! I lifted much lighter but felt it...great pacing and selection of exercises. And 3 minute plank unlocked ...after the 2 min mark it was a tough fight against gravity.

WOW ...I don’t do shoulder workouts enough ... this was excellent going to try and do this every other night .. on the plank I was wriggling around on the last minute but made it .... 🌸😀💦definitely sweated ....but the rain and thunder has started so not so humid .

Way to go Judi!! If you don’t normally train shoulders and do it right (relax, try to lift with just the shoulders and stop when form is being hit) you will notice a difference quite quickly!! Depending on your weight you can do more or less reps than me so long as it’s as a pace to suit you! 💓

Thank you for this shoulder superset workout! That 3 minute plank was SO tough after the shoulder burn!💪🔥I LOVE this plank hold challenge! I hope you continue to do various planks as an ongoing challenge. You must have a spectacular garden with the variety of beautiful flowers that you feature in your videos💐I always love to see which flowers you will have!
