I once read a comment that said that it didn't matter if you took longer breaks or had to stop sometimes, still you are better than those who are sitting on the couch doing nothing.

I first did this workout 2 days ago and had to take multiple breaks, feeling nauseous, and sobbing. I’m so happy to report that I was able to complete this workout today with no breaks and no nausea with a smile on my face and in my heart. Never give up, we are all strong enough to push through! Just did this, it's 9 pm here in Canada and I wasn't going to work out today but you got me out of bed with this one 😊 it was an amazing workout Anna, the exercises and the music were perfect.

this was such a hard workout, i don’t usually do workouts so the first time i did this, i only reached 15 mins, today i can say that i didn’t hit the full 20, but i did hit 18 , im pushing myself to finish this entire thing
