Yea. I got to 7 minutes and had to pause. I’m going to get through it with more breaks. Only day 1. I’ll get there with time. I mostly weight train, but need some HIIT for my rest days. Best of luck to you! We got this

TYSM! My mom has been complaining abt my usual HIIT routine, because there's a lot of loud noises and jumping, and there were no complaints this time! Loved this workout, really gave me a GOOD sweat and burn in my legs! Love this, would def recommend if you want a quiet, but very effective HIIT workout! Edit: Im going to try to double this workout today, will update when im done! EDIT: THis is the next day, couldnt do it yestrday, it was getting late, but i did it today! Very proud of myself!! ^^

So sweaty and tired. I modify some workouts because of a lower back condition, and I’m getting stronger, but bear crawls always kick my butt in the best way. So grateful for you Ms Anna. Have a wonderful time in LA!

I have a pinched nerve in my neck and have had to give up weightlifting for a while. But, your low impact, no jumping workouts are exactly what I needed to still get my sweat on. I take longer breaks when needed and do the modified versions, but even then it's still a great workout! Thanks Anna!! 💖

This was a tough one, but I loved the different variations of the exercises! This definitely worked my muscles so I took some of my own breaks in between. My face is pink from all the work and my legs feel weak. Thanks for the awesome workout!

Hello, I really love your routines, they are very intense and very good, but now I am 48 years old and I would appreciate it if you can do routines no squatting/no jumping. I have a bad knee and ankle. Many people have joint problems, and after doing a leg routine we are left with pain in the knees. We would love to see cardio-aerobics hiit routines on your channel constantly moving, they are very good and also work the whole body without causing injuries. love this workout so much!! I went to bed too early and woke up early (7am, I know it's not early for many people haha lol) this morning, and feeling the inner drive of doing some workout at the moment and I am so happy to find out this short low impact workout without waking up my downstairs! LOL It is sweaty but now I feel like I am ready to jump on a regular 40-50 minutes workout (and hopefully my neighbor will be okay with that too!) ! Thanks so much Anna!!!

I had a knee injury recently and I spent two weeks off. I really missed doing your exercises Anna so today I started again with this video trying to be more careful with my knees. I’m usually doing the 30mins full body hiit with dumbbells and I’ve done few more of your hiits that were longer… and I manage without stopping… this one killed me and I regretted not taking the regular hiit instead of faster “low impact” one. I was constantly stopping and my breathing was heavy through the whole workout. Nice one 👏👏👏

Ditto what many said...20 minutes low impact was tough and got the HR up and a good sweat! I was pleasantly surprised! Active cal 120! This is a great one to come back to for a short workout or warm up/finisher! Thank you Anna!
