I wish to say thank you! I was doing my own stretching routine for a month to get my flexibility back and improve after giving birth 17 months ago and I got to watch your other 10 min vid for splits. Girl, you made it looks so easy there and that where I got the courage to try splits - I was able to do it!! 🥰 I was so scared to do splits pre-mom days until I watched you! Lemme try this routine for variation ❤️❤️
@@stfhfsrsyovkcfirs4391 I can now do R and L splits! I was doing my own simple stretching routine for about 3 weeks and decided to look for a routine vid then saw Daniela’s. And boom, her vids helped me push myself to do the splits within a week of watching and following her!
@@stfhfsrsyovkcfirs4391 You can do it! Just do the stretches every day, if you can do it the same time consistently, I think it conditions your body more! That’s what I do ✊🏻
I'm having alot trouble with wide leg stretch, i can't bring my back to forward with my legs straight. should i do exercise based on lower back mobility?
I know it’s disappointing but it should be stated to increase your flexibility or in my case maintain flexibility. I have been utilizing these videos for post workout and just enjoy them as apart of my fitness routine. It’s the same thing with any fitness influencer they should advice not all results are typical. Dani is a good one but just like all fitness influencer they do a lot off camera as well. Please continue to increase your flexibility and perhaps with joint hip mobility you will actually achieve your splits. 18 months and not close for me but I’ve strengthened my back hamstring and glutes
