I had to bail 27 mins in 😭. This was a challenging video but much needed for my underused muscles. I love your videos, Ms. Suarez, I use them every day and they've been a fantastic lifestyle change. Keep up the good work!

Hello Daniela, I love your videos 🥰. The percentage of the total workout time and the small preview window for the next excercise are great, but mostly I miss it.. A sound by 9 sec.would be helpful when the preview will be shown. End by 0 sec. Best regards from Spain 😘
