Wow, that stretch felt so good! My legs were killing me from yesterday's workout. I swear, I could barely walk this morning. But after stretching, I feel much better. I think I'm ready for another round of leg day. Watching from small town Wisconsin, USA.

this was great, i love your channel! i’m a new runner (watching from texas!) and i follow your videos 3x a week to avoid injury! i started not being able to run for 30 sec to running 6 miles at a time in a span of less than 4 months! i just got my first shin splints and im almost certain it’s because i stopped prioritizing mobility even though i was still warming up before runs. i just came back and i feel so much better after following this. thank you so much for providing this awesome content! and people reading this - don’t be like me!! 😂 prioritize your mobility and your progress will skyrocket

Firm but relatively smooth. Not a fan of the very bumpy ones.

I enjoyed this foam roller stretch. I'm from The United States, and I found it by looking for a foam rolling lower body stretch. Your video was listed on the very top, and I like how you included stretches with/without the foam roller. 👍 It doesn't hurt either that you're a handsome trainer! 😉
