I fall short of words to describe how amazing and magical this class felt. This made me realise that this moment is all that is and there's nothing to worry about. Also from Germany, and it's currently raining as well, but that's a good thing for the most part I think. I hope the ground can absorb lots of moisture for the rest of the year and not everything is lost to floods like in the valleys... I'm in the "middle mountains", i.e. hills that are a couple of hundred metres high, so I don't have to worry much about flooding, but I know that it's a problem in the cities near rivers at the moment!
@@solar0wind where is live it's gotten pretty annoying tbh cause the ground is extremely wet. It's raining every day since weeks and it seems like there's no end... 😩 Around next week it should be freezing again, that's not my fav combination sooo... 😂 But if the ground was saving all of that water, it would be awesome for sure!!

A very classic flow, quite different from your other ones - it reminded me of my 108 sun salutations class I did this winter. Maybe you could do something like this sometime in the future too

Mam.. I am great fan and lover of your exercises. I have been requesting to upload thighs and buttock reducing exercises. So you uploaded that too. To your surprise in last month I have reduced around 11 kg of weight and waist size from 38 to 30 by doing your exercises regularly without fail. So thanks mam 🙏. Now i would like to request you again pls upload few exercises to improve the sex life and sex time for man aged around 35 to 40.(although I am not addicted to any wrong practice) Mam pls reply.
That was so beautiful! When I started my regular yoga practice about 1 year ago after having an on and off relationship with it for more than 10 years, I never thought I would ever be able to follow a flow like this with such ease. I feel so grateful and blessed that I actually can. And this is thanks to your content as well. Never give up your practice everyone. amazing practice, I just did it first thing in the morning and I feel energised for the rest of my day. am I the only one whose balance is better on one side? balancing on my left foot is almost always easier than balancing on my right foot!
I think this was the most stressful morning flow I’ve ever done. Feels like it goes by a million miles a minute & I don’t have any time in each pose. Just feels really rushed! ☹️

This one became my favourite yoga at the moment. I love how this is energizing and active, but at the same time relaxing and calm. I was feeling down because my life seems so meaningless right now. When you said “feel your heart beating in your chest” and I actually felt it, I suddenly started crying and somehow felt alive and hopeful again. Thank you always 🙏🏻

Can I ask you (or anyone in the comments who wants to help a girl out), what do I do if I try to do yoga but feel highly uncomfortable? I don't mean physically but emotionally? I get antsy, fidgety, feel weird for taking time for me, etc. Just weird, not sure how to put it into words really. Any way to push through that? Is that normal? lol.
oh awesome! Enjoy the 14 day Journey 🙏🏼🙏🏼 It is actually normal for emotions to come up during a practice that have been stored deep within us. Instead of trying to analyse or suppress them, let them go, imagine them leaving you body and allow light and positivity to enter instead 🤍
Thank you for your video. Although I appreciate the practice, I think it'd be better if you slow your transitions down. I barely had any time to enjoy my breath because I had to catch up with you (except for the pigeon pose). I think yoga is about enjoying the process of movements and breath. Thank you :)
This was the first practice I did after I stoped showing covid symptoms and it was perfect !! 💕 I was a little out of breath but that’s to be expected 😂

I absolutely love your practices... Have been doing for 5 years... Just some feedback I really do wish in those meditative moments like here in pigeon and the end pose wouldn't talk through these moments as its distracting from the inward peaceful moment you are intending for us all. Just one minute of quiet in these videos would be priceless.. I hope this feedback makes sense as bringing our attention to the tension and stress actually creates it... Amazing videos… but awfully fast, for a vinyasa flow, you don’t have any time to transition from one posture to another. I do yoga only with boho beautiful couple of days per week and I haven’t seen any improvement in my overall flexibility…just the benefits of a normal workout
