Hi Zehra, I've been doing another round of the 6 week challenge but I needed quick workouts this week so I did 3 of the workouts you have here on RU-vid. I loved them! Two things I wanted to mention is I really love the preview of the exercise coming up so that I'm ready and I love the music! 😊 Do you recall the name of the first song on this video? Thanks so much for doing these!

Excellent workout! I will combine the rest time with rebounding in a mini trampoline. Thank you, show us more short effective routines like this one. Whomever doesn't like the music, they can use the mute feature. They are also welcome to do their own video and choose the music they wish.

This was amazing considering I haven’t really worked out in over a year 😬. I had to modify some though because I have a bad ankle. But I made it to the end praying I can stay consistent 🤲🏽.

Assalamu alaikum Zehra! Thank you! You are an inspiration. Than you for doing this. I just did the first work out, it was awesome. I have an issue with one wrist, it was a bit of a challenge where I had to use both wrist/hand for the on ground exercises. Do you have any tips for that? Thanks again! God Bless!

As Salaamu Alaikum. I'm excited to do this. I've been doing your virtual fitness session. One thing I have trouble with though is the lunge. I get dizzy and wobbly. I'd like to see a modified version of it. Anyway, I will try it how you're doing it in this video and see what happens. Also, I'm happy to tell you that when I workout I'm in my home and can be as comfortable as I'd like however, I find myself preferring to do my workout wearing hijab. I love that. TFS!
