Excellent workout! I will combine the rest time with rebounding in a mini trampoline. Thank you, show us more short effective routines like this one. Whomever doesn't like the music, they can use the mute feature. They are also welcome to do their own video and choose the music they wish.
This was amazing considering I haven’t really worked out in over a year 😬. I had to modify some though because I have a bad ankle. But I made it to the end praying I can stay consistent 🤲🏽.

I have an issue with one wrist, it was a bit of a challenge where I had to use both wrist/hand for the on ground exercises. Do you have any tips for that? Thanks again! God Bless!
As Salaamu Alaikum. I'm excited to do this. I've been doing your virtual fitness session. One thing I have trouble with though is the lunge. I get dizzy and wobbly. I'd like to see a modified version of it. Anyway, I will try it how you're doing it in this video and see what happens. Also, I'm happy to tell you that when I workout I'm in my home and can be as comfortable as I'd like however, I find myself preferring to do my workout wearing hijab. I love that. TFS!
