Just started working out with HIIT routines and this is by far my favorite. You have great energy but it’s not intimidating. Even a beginner like me can do it without feeling discouraged but still super challenged! I’m sweating bullets!! Haha thank you!! I just subscribed!

I have a very small spare room that these and a bench fit perfectly into. Like others mentioned the size of these are a little bigger/longer than traditional weights so they aren’t the perfect solution for everyone. However, if you're looking for a flexible and space saving design for a home workout I’d recommend these.

Your workouts are AMAZING! I needed to change up my workouts for more challenging ones. I love that you have effective workouts that are not necessarily 45-60 minutes (although those are great as well). When my son goes down for a nap, I might only have 20-30 minutes of freedom before he's at it again. This gets me working hard, sweating up a storm and breathing hard in the short amount of time I have. I love your motivation! Thank you so much!

Did not have much time today to workout but needed to move my body….don’t be fooled- this is quick in time but I am dripping and breathing heavy even after cool down! 👏🏻🥵💪🏼
Great workout but WAY too much talking by instructor. It was very distracting and quite frankly annoying. Will not being do another workout with this instructor.

Love your workouts. I am almost 60 years old and am not able to go as heavy as I once did but I love incorporating your 20 min HIIT routines to my weekly schedule and I feel like they have made me stronger and improved my endurance . Thank you for your teaching style , your passion and your encouragements . I have also gotten a co-worker into your workouts and we discuss them alot at work:)
Just did this workout and I loved it. I tried doing the Hiit NO Equipment one posted on Nov.18th, 2018 but the sound cuts off about half way through. However, this one was very challenging and if I switch between moderated and full on I manage quite well. Merilyn Vancouver, BC

I’ve done a lot of workouts where the trainer spends half the time explaining moves or just simply talking. Not this one! She doesn’t even take the 15-second breaks for herself but starts in showing you the next move. Keeps things moving. Thanks, Nourishmovelove for not wasting our time!

My goal is to get that vcore that I see you all over the world that I see well maybe it's mostly an 18-year-old I guess but for moms it's inspirational and it's hard not to get angry and jealous and better because I'm having really hard time seeing results I've been working out for I guess a year my daughter is 17 months and is it true about dont eat bread? Are you going to tell us that eating clean is the way to go to get to that weight loss decor so you can look good in a bikini or just looking good in your clothes and feeling confident and having that self-esteem by yourself that you cuz not seen the results is quite the sucker to put it nicely

So I did this workout today. While doing it, I thought, okay, this isn't terrible, I don't really feel much. Oh man!! A few hours after this workout my whole body was sore!! What an amazing and effective workout! Thank you for all you do!
I’ve been recovering from a pretty major concussion for a long time now so I haven’t been able to stay active. Today I tried this workout to get my body used to cardio again, and I only did the first round, but it was great for my recovery!! I’ll definitely keep going back to this! Thank you!!

These workouts are phenomenal. I’ve started with the 20 minute workouts(I’m Intermediate) and I’m excited about all of the options and categories. I work a lot so I love these 20 minute tough workouts!

I love different workout, and different coach everyday, but you are very interesting so i will training with a lot of your workout rutine, I love no repeat workout. but i like use equipament and do full body every day when a training

Thank you, it was what I was looking for, a short routine that works the whole body. These 20-minute routines are very effective for those women who are mothers and wives and do not have much time to exercise. In just 20 minutes I have worked my whole body, it has been very intense, but I am satisfied with the exercise I have done. Thank you and thank you very much.
Can't believe I have been doing so many of your workout videos! I have had a very stressfull week and felt like I'm always doing something wrong and I didn't feel like working out today but then I thought oh well maybe just a short routine wouldn't hurt. Yes! This is a good one to try -- just make sure to modify the push ups and leg lowers if you notice any coning or doming in your midsection. I would suggest adding an incline to the push ups by placing your hands on a chair or bench to bring the ground closer to you and decrease intra abdominal pressure.

So happy I stumbled on your YT channel! Postpartum with some pelvic floor dysfunction afterwards. And just now able to start SLOWLY working out with the guidance of my therapist. This workout was easily modifiable for me.
I love your channel...i coupled them with walking( twice week) and i lost weight and toned up( probably because of this) ...plus I enjoyed upper body and don't have the notion I'll bulk up because your upper body moves are fun yet hard
