This gentle yoga sequence is done from a seated position. Choose a position that is comfortable for you, you may like to sit in a chair. We will explore the seven movements of the spine and the breath. Stay true to what feels right for your body. Your body is your greatest teacher. Listen, breath, relax and feel.

These are becoming some of my favorite gentle movements to start my practice. I enjoyed the scenery and am amazed that you were able to do this on a paddle board making it seem so motionless. Thank you! EWYTT

This is such a great 7 Movements of the Spine practice! There's so many variations :) Also, I couldn't stop looking at the water and the beautiful background.

Right? That lake is so beautiful. I practice there whenever I can... partially also because there are no mini people to interrupt me part way through a peaceful meditation lol

Perfect setting, perfect swaying, the sound against the board, my Svadhistana Chakra just joined in on this one. I sent this to a friend too. My learning for Swadhyaya today was Surya Pranayama - just loved that one. Thanks Ally, you brought me to fresh water, it was lovely. EWYTT 🙏💦
