Thanks for a good workout! Most of it was in a really good range for me-not too easy, not too difficult. Toward the end, though, during the most strenuous exercise for me, I started gasping for air and decided it was a good time to grab some water. I did get back into the workout.

Thank you. Do you have any workouts that target the back and upper body slim? I have big breasts so my whole upper body looks like a balloon, my shoulder is always round and my back has all these excess fat I can't seem to get rid of. I'm nearly 50 and most workouts out there targeting people younger with a lot of jumping, I'm hoping there are better ways.
Dear Petra I like your videos very much, but I am sure following my experience of walking 10.000 steps a day, that walkin does not make you lose weight. It s fantastic for my joints and my heart. You should not forget that overweight is not just the result of not eating well or lack of exercises, it is a seriously complicated issue that even many doctors who call themselves experts, cannot manage.
Não é verdade que caminhada não perde peso, não faz milagres,eu perdir um pouco fazendo na rua,e não emagrecir nem engordei enquanto estava fazendo, mais eu nunca deixei de comer de tudo,se não tinha perdido mais,e agora tenho feito em casa esses exercícios, acelerando meu metabolismo,e perdir peso sim, mais ainda não me alimento só com coisas saudáveis, tenho hipor, pressão alta e outros,e tô emagrecendo
Walking and burning HUNDREDS of extra calories does indeed make one lose weight. I walk 5 miles a day, in addition to all the other walking and movement I do all day. It burns an extra 600 or so calories for someone my height and weight. It really adds up to a pound or two per week
