My apologies everyone, I just noticed midroll ads were left enabled for this video and I hate interuptions during workouts. This is a default for youtube and I forgot to uncheck it. It's been disabled! Let me know your thoughts on this workout!!

Perfect workout, but what about stretching. Your form is good. What kind of stretches would you recommend for old guys with sloppy form?

Hi terry, yes stretching can be key if your form is suffering due to a lack of flexibility. I touched on this briefly for a video I made on breaking but have not yet officially made a stretching guide for youtube as I never considered myself a very flexible person. I mostly rely on body mechanics and skeletal alignment / positioning to get kicks from the side high. You can see this when my upper body dips low as my hook kicks go up. As I age I'm finding more need to stretch to increase overall flexibility. Been working more on front and side split. I can work on getting a guide on youtube that covers multiple stretches geared towards kicking.
