@@LeapsandReboundsFitness The videos there that are marked for beginners are NOT beginning workouts suitable for true beginners and/or seniors. They do not begin with what true beginners need...... as Marc does in this RU-vid Video. Beginners/seniors need to start with a health bounce where your feet do not leave the mat.... and then followed by other variations of the health bounce..... like alternating the weight from one foot to the other..... then a very simple twist..... etc. The so-called beginner workouts on your website are NOT beginner..... with two exceptions..... Marc and Angie Fitness..... Please.... more true beginner/senior workouts please.....

I LOVE my rebounder and have had it for years. I use it every week for low-impact cardio: jumping jacks, light jogging, and even short sprints to get my heart rate up. I feel like it helps me build additional strength and muscle in my legs and glutes due to the exaggerated motion. Plus, it is actually fun to do - it reminds me of being a kid jumping on my bed. 👍

Thanks for explaining rand also doing a count. It was my 2nd time trying a 20 minute workout and both times stopped at 11 minutes. For your workout I couldn't do the jumping jack. Felt extremely unstable and my knees felt week. Will continue to try and hopefully my knees and stability will improve.

No shoes. Let you feet feel the mat. I rebound in cabin socks. Something a little thicker than regular socks. Good luck!

Nette is correct, no shoes is best as to work your arches. However, if you feel you need extra support, you can rebound with shoes as it adds stability to your ankles.

They should have one as an alternative for the workout, although not all of us really need one! Along with other types of movement and exercise, I've been bouncing well over 20 years! Bounce safely.
