I’m into 8 weeks recovery from a full hysterectomy. I have the green light from dr to live life but I still have pains and I’m sensitive here and there. Would this workout help me? I have found another video in here of light stretching after a hysterectomy and I’ve been doing those. Not many videos in here for that unfortunately.

I would love to do Child's Pose but my knees won't let me get my bum onto my feet - now what?

you can add a rolled up towel or yoga mat between your butt and back of your legs. You can also do the back lying positions instead.

Do you have a plan for the elderly? Mom has Parkinsons and limited mobility but needs this!!!
