To Dear Leslie's family: Leslie has been, and oddly will continue to be, a gentle, strong inspiring, encouraging and patient "friend." She is always available to me. When I'm tired or need a lift, when I'm sad or need to be energized, when I feel good and am feeling blessed that I can feel even more amazing, I turn to Leslie, as I have for years. Returning to this video and loving how much easier I'm finding it after years of doing Fightmaster Yoga. I've being practising with Lesley since 2019 and I'm so grateful to her family for leaving her legacy of videos up. They bring calm and joy to so many.
To everyone starting this challenge and finding the level a little discouraging - skip ahead! It gets genuinely easier around two weeks in! Not just because your body gets used to it, I think lovely Lesley got the feedback and make the classes a little less advanced. I’ve even told people to start this at day 30 (so you can build a nice habit) and then finishing up with the first month. This challenge is really life changing - first time I did it I would skip half the video, now it feels comfortable to do all these things! I hope this helps!!
I actually got frustrated in the middle of this because of how fast day 4 is but I immediately caught my thoughts and reminded myself of why I am participating in this. Really pushes you through the speed, especially if you're a somewhat beginner, but absolutely love it for that exact reason! Thank you so much for all your videos and looking forward to completing this, and more!
I’m so grateful to have this legacy of Lesley to follow. Her calm and loving heart, and her ability to guide us to find our own limits and study ourselves is a forever gift. Day 4 delivered exactly as promised…fast and challenging and wonderful. ✌🏽❤️🧘🏽♀️
I did this at .75 speed. Much better that way. Actually, all your videos are significantly more enjoyable at a pace where I can actually focus on and pay attention to my breath. Thank you!
This certainly is fast and I struggled to keep up but I thoroughly enjoyed it. The pause button is there for that reason as is rewind. I feel fantastic after doing this. Loved the quote today too. Looking forward to Day 5.
This is my second time through the Fix 90 and I noticed I had "disliked" the video so I was like "uh oh" but I stuck with it and I REALLY enjoyed it this time. It made me reflect on how much strength and able-bodiedness has so much power over the mind and how we experience life. Thanks for making me sweat, Lesley!
This is my third round of 90 days of Yoga and it has really helped me create a healthy habit of yoga. It's made me understand what a yoga *practice* is. This is a fast class but each time I have gone through it has gotten easier.. I almost can go from crow to plank now! The first time through I couldn't hold crow yet. Thank you, Lesley! I love your yoga style and your positive attitude really shines through.
The first time I did YogaFix 90 (about a year ago), I was having a talk with my husband about working out without going to the gym (he's a gym guy) and he said "yeah, but you just do yoga". I sent him this video as a challenge! It's short, but so intense. Love it. He could not keep up ;-)
I really like this idea of 90 days of yoga, thank you for creating it. Just for some feedback, I find it quite tricky to keep up as your voice-over coincides exactly with the images, so if I am not looking at the screen I get a little lost as to where we are, it would be great if you move the whole soundtrack a few second back, that way I know what's coming next and can keep up. Especially for a fast moving flow like this one. Thank you
I had the same trouble with any yoga videos so as a workaround I tried to watch the whole video beforehand, without actually working out, just understanding the moves and imagining me going through the sequence. After that it was much easier for me to follow without looking at the screen so much :)
you were not kidding. that one was fast. I was wondering how well I could get my heart rate up and keep it up. holy cow. I am glad that I tried this before one of your longer cardio videos.
Just restarted after a few years! I always kept a personal practice/routine that I gathered from amazing instrustors such as yourself but nothing beats the real thing! I am sweating! and I feel amazing! Thank you for creating something I can continue to come back to after all this time. Namaste

I love this program so far! Definitely presents new challenges while also creating a healthy habit! This program is 3 years old but brand new to me, but I love the fast pace and explanations you deliver!
Have to say I was sick and couldn't do yoga for about a week... now I've done several of these classes spaced throughout the day, gotta say I love them but I'm so jealous of those beautiful landscapes behind you.
ShatteredRoses11 Thank you!! The landscapes for the first two classes are beautiful...we had kind of a gnarly hike to get up there but my husband (who does all of the filming) has a really good eye for picking locations, so I'm glad we did it! :-)

Yoga Fix 90, Day 4, 3rd round :) Wonderful short cardio class, I added the 30 minute vinyasa flow for text neck, so beautiful 45 mins of yoga for me this morning :) Thank you!
A snappy, fast-paced flow that keeps your heart racing! As the name suggests, this class focuses on cardio, but there's also some glute/thigh work and the abs stay engaged throughout! I highly recommend; a short, but efficient and effective practice for those days when you don't have a ton of time but want to work up a sweat.
Awesome video and workout! As someone who prefers to listen to know what to do during yoga rather than watch, I had no trouble keeping up in this lesson by following just your vocal cues. Thanks!

Using this for getting a well-rounded yoga teacher training prep and conditioning! I find these quite difficult due to the speed and am excited to be able to do a flow at normal speed with out difficulty or needing a break to breathe. I am trying not to use my inhaler or over exert myself, training my lungs mainly at the moment.
I realized if I listen well to the directions as I'm doing (most of) these fast practices, it feels great. I got frustrated last class, but I realize it was maybe with myself, more than with your instruction style. Some things that I am not as familiar with I need to either skip or slow down and attempt outside of the video. I understand now why you keep going though, without slowing these practices down. The point isn't to be able to do everything right away necessarily, (especially without having done some things before!), but just as in other, slower practices, to do what you can within the framework of the practice. I like that idea, freedom within a certain framework can be even more enjoyable--perhaps even more liberating. Thanks for another great practice. I'm excited to learn more through these, and by the end maybe get my full lotus and be able to revisit these practices from a new perspective.
I am a certified Ashtanga Yoga teacher. I have done many "30 day Yoga challenges" on youtube. And yet, by day 4 this has already introduced me to postures I've never even tried! This is going to be awesome. Really looking forward to the next 86 days. ;)
Ok, a couple days off :( but back to it. Day 4 done! This one was my favorite so far. I like the fast pace and the strength/cardio training mixed in. Keep more like these coming, Lesley. Thank you! Shalom and Namaste Zach
Leslie, you are my hero! I'm in awe of your strength! I'm grateful for the time and thought you've put into every single video. I recommend to anyone struggling with the fast pace of this video to change the playback speed (settings) to .75 or .5! I just did it at playback speed .5 and my limbs are jello and I got a kick out of Leslie's slower speech! Don't let Day 4 get you down!
I love that Yoga really humbles you even if you are athletic. There are moves in this video that my body couldn't handle and I love a challenge. So thank you so much for such a free, flowing and powerful yoga session!
Dina Erie I practiced yoga for years and thought that I was pretty good and then I started practicing at the Ashtanga studio...totally humbling!! Now I know that there's always going to be something that I can't do and that's totally okay...I love the way that I feel when I practice. I'm so happy to hear that you're enjoying these classes! xx

You have an amazing voice and you do a pretty good job walking people through the poses so that I do not even have to llok at the video. Because of the high speed, it surprisingly dragged me out of the "automatic pilot" that I practice yoga in many times, and by the end of the class I feel my brain even more active than my body, this is new for me!!
Thank you so much Lesley, I started doing your classes at the start of our lock down for Covid here in Montreal. They are wonderful and incredibly transportive during this difficult time. I was so excited to see that this day 4 session was only 20 minutes today because I was feeling tired. HA! the jokes on me because that class kicked my butt! Thank you so much Lesley. I love these videos and have been sharing them with anyone who will listen.

This flow goes a little faster, felt like I couldn't keep up 'cuz I have to keep up with the movements on my tablet, lol..nevertheless, I felt really, really great afterwards. Waaay to go! Let's go! Let's do this!! :-))

I'm documenting my journey and I forgot to comment yesterday. As far as I can remember, this routine is short compared to Day 5 but definitely very challenging.
Omg i am out of breath and loving it!! The only thing i couldn't keep up with was the part with the padmasana but other than that this was a great cardio workout!! Thank you so much for this 90 day challenge and i am looking forward to completing it!
Fast and furious yoga fix! On my 3rd time through this series......as my yoga pal membership lapsed.....will be joining you again soon....but this is one wonderful program!
This was a great class! I definitely broke a sweat. This pace is fast so I did pause and rewind a few seconds to figure out what the sequence was but that was no problem. Love all your classes. :)

I am so happy to have found Fightmaster Yoga . Everyday my practice gets better, and I feel stronger mental and physically. I've learned to do the poses I can and just keep practicing the poses I can't quite get yet. I've always been really embarrassed by the fact I walk with a limp because of a tight Achilles heel cord on my right side. Yoga has really improved the way I walk, and the way I feel about myself. Lesley you are an excellent yoga instructor who is truly gifted. I love how soothing and uplifting your voice is.
You are a beast! :) Going from bakasana to chaturanga blew my mind. This video inspired me to keep on going because I hope to one day be as strong and fluid as you are! 👌👌
I'm going on to Day 22 tomorrow. I did Day 21 (rest) this morning, but after coming home from work I felt like I needed something to boost my energy and came back to Day 4! This practice is really changing my life, day by day, pose by pose, breath by breath. Thank you for all you do and thank you for bringing your open spirit into my home.
