Since finding this out yesterday, every time I cry for the loss. How I am going to miss her so much. I wished I had express my gratitude for all her classes over the last 10 years. Why her? She will be truly missed.

I never publicly expressed the gratitude I’ve felt for my Fightmaster yoga practice. Thank you Lesley for your soothing voice and encouragement. Doing yoga with you nearly everyday has made such a positive impact on my life and relationships with others. I’m heartbroken that you have left this earth. Your family will always be in my thoughts and prayers.
I don’t understand how she could be taken from us so soon after this video was released. Such a beautiful person with such a sweet, soothing voice. Lesley, you will be missed greatly
@@TaliaCastroPozo All I know is that she died unexpectedly (at least for us), I believe on November 20. A great many of us have been helped and touched by Lesley and her caring, encouraging manner. The shock and sadness is palpable. We can only imagine what Duke, Indy, Stone, and their family are going through...... @@elpidaperatsaki9965 I am afraid that I do not know any details. I agree; she did not appear to be unwell in any of the recent videos and practicing regularly with her almost makes it seem like we know her personally. There is a connection there. It seems that her death was unexpected. Another reminder of how fleeting, and precious, life truly is. I'm sure Lesley would want us to remember what a great gift life is and to cherish our time with our loved ones.
Finally found a video / trainer / who style I think was just perfect for me. Only to find out from the comments the gentle soul has passed away 😔. I was looking at the videos to see when was the last one released 😔 May God let you rest in piece I promise to do every yoga video of yours and become good at Yoga. In no way connected to you, still my eyes teared up writing this. 😔
Before playing this video I had no clue about her passing. Thank you Leslie for teaching me so much, with kindness and love. She was my reminder to just breathe and stretch when things would get hectic and she had the voice of an Angel. I'm so sorry you are gone too soon from your family and the yoga community, but I know Heaven just got even better because you are there. Thank you for your practice.
As I practiced this class today, my cat, who is never interested in yoga, started to stare at the screen and walked carefully towards it, and brought his little paw to your face, and started to carress the screen... That was very heartwarming.... Animal really have a 6th sense... I miss you greatly. You are still my favorite teacher, and I often repeat the "hands to your forehead...." mantra at the end of my classes in memory of You. Bless you and your family.
I can't avoid the sadness I feel when Lesley is my yogi teacher but, I'm here to keep the legacy alive. It's a beautiful one Lesley 🙌🏼 Blessings be to you and yours ❤
Each time when I practice with you I have a moment remembering you are gone now and feel the grief... but then I see that you did so much for the people and you keep living in so many hearts and homes every day when we practice with you... You are so powerful and beautiful soul ! Rest in peace...

Leslie got me through working as an RN in New York during covid. She was my saving grace. Getting me through it while everything was shut down. It’s not fair she was taken too soon!

I loved the part where you spoke about compassion. This is a lesson I’m learning, especially as a mother, that takes a lot of strength! This practice was just what I needed to end my stressful day.
