I have not done spinning or in fact any exercise for three years now, I have gained more weight than I dare to say out loud and went up many dress sizes. We bought a spinning bike for home because I said I must change something. This morning I stumbled upon this video and said to myself - "You used to do classes like this and even though it's too much for you now, you can do perhaps five minutes today and make it seven minutes tomorrow." So today marks my first five minutes, tomorrow back to this, seven. And slowly I will build back up to my while back normal 60 minutes of joy. Thank you for this video, it gives me hope.
This mindset is helping me overcome my procrastination. Good job and keep going!💪🏽 Also…the more 5 minutes you do…the easier the next 5 become😁 You got this🤗

I just did this in my denim shorts, tank top and regular bra because my baby is sleeping in my room & I didn’t want to wake him 😂😂😂 I haven’t done a workout in months and this felt AMAZING!!!! Thank you miss you!!!❤❤
🤩 I felt amazing after this ride! I'm still just a newbie to cycling but I finally finally finally feel stronger on the bike and ready for these tougher and more advanced rides!

Wow! You’re not even in black, let alone all black! This ride was killer! I actually prefer the “pushes” in the ride. They give me something to focus on other than the intensity I’m putting in.
I broke my 5th metatarsal 4 weeks ago and my first thought was “how will I spin with Kaleigh!?!?” Today I got the green light to spin (making 100 modifications and wearing an orthopedic sandal). I did it and it felt sooo good! Ty for helping me be strong enough to jump back on the bike as I continue to heal and bounce back stronger than ever!!! 💪🔥🙌

Thanks! 😅Loved the workout and music. 20 minute workouts do the trick to get me energized. I found that now that I’m in my 50s the longer harder workouts are more difficult for my body to recover from Even though I’ve been a lifelong exerciser, not sure that’s the right word 🤷🏽♀️. Anyway, keep the 20 minute workouts coming.
