rutter1ify not really actually typical girl cars that come to my mind would be a Mini Cooper, VW Beetle, Peugeot 206 and of course the Fiat 500. In fact most people I've seen in my town in Micras would be old men and 18 year old lads no joke
My second car is a Nissan Micra I bought for £200 last year. It's now my first car and me and my partner are having so many adventures up and down the country. We plan on taking it abroad in the summer! Completely beat up, dents in every panel and I've used it to transport and get rid of so much stuff so the interior is due a clean. But damn does it keep going!
I'm thinking to get this car as my first car I just passed my driving test last month and surprisingly it's cheaper to insure for a 1.0 3dr Auto. I think I will get one in two months. My dad has driven this exact model more than 15 years ago and I remember it was a silver 3dr, but it was a hire car.
Fantastic car, I have a 1998 1.0lt: 190,000 km on the clock, regular service/maintenance and it still goes very good. The interiors, seats and dashboard, are still in perfect conditions, no sign of wear.
I Love mine. 2000 model 1.0 litre. I love its little engine but being a twin cam makes it special. 50 mpg and smiles all the way. Best £600 i ever spent.
Just got a Micra Celebration. Year 2000, with only 53,000 miles and one previous owner. Think I win on it being close to new for a 19yr old car ! No scratches or rusting.
adam clark hi. isnt your 5 door nissan micra too laud inside while driving on the hiway?? i have had one with 3 door .it was awesame. the 5 door one too laud. do you know something about that??
parse pars well, I have my music up. its loud, but no louder than my previous saxo. I suggest checking the seals in the windows, and if its an exhaust sound, look for an exhaust blow
@@TurbochargedV6 No, unfortunately not.. but he did use a car almost exactly like the one in this video in his "My new car" video from a few years ago. It's been removed but here's a re-upload of it ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-n4nckN3f0dI.html
I know where there's a better one! - Here in February 2021, genuine 42'000 miles from new, not so much as a scuff on the bumpers, not one dent in any panels, and no nasty 'rash' down the side. It's 2000 (W) model. I'm half tempted by it, though I'm more used to Fords and Volvos, that's why I'm looking at videos like this before I enquire in person. Twenty years ago I would have said "Get lost" but twenty years older, hmm, well, it's beginning to appeal to me!
This is not 2000, its 2nd facelift: ~2002. You can say this after seeing grill (silver, but can be fit to earlier model after all) and rear window wiper (2nd facelift made it horizontal). Great car by the way! Have one in metallic blue, but not as new as this one - only after 1st lift.
Yes Mickey, but there were 2 phases of facelifts: 1998 (or rather late 1997), and 2002 (late 2001). The 2nd facelift (2002) was for example silver grill in front and rear wiper horizontal, instead of almost vertical. Perhaps some early 2nd stage facelift was made in 2000? But that would be strange, mine 2000 is from november and it's 1st stage facelift.
No, you have to guess the gear changes by the sound of the car. You get used to it eventually. I've never found an issue with not having one though. Used to it!
Just bought one myself. Faster if you run. Mines got aircon but no power steering or windows but who cares TBH. It aggravates other road users and my neighbour thinks it's a joke.
There were 3 versions of K11 based on accessories: comfort, comfort plus, comfort high. There was also SuperS - with spoiler etc, slightly tuned one. I have no idea what S stands for.
