Congrats on 2000! And I completely relate with what you said. My voice is a slight source of discontention, especially over the phone. I occasionally get misgendered in person and even though it hardly happens it does hurt. But it's important to stay strong and confident like you said!
Oh yeah, I am deep into a 30 Day (On-line Video) Crash Course for feminizing my voice with Kathe Perez, and it's going really well. It's not too expensive, and for the first time, I feel as though I am making some progress. You might check it out. I am focused on fixing my voice before transitioning at work in early September. Actually, I will pass several other transition milestones this summer, as well. My legal name change hearing is scheduled for next Wednesday (I changed the gender marker on my Birth Certificate a couple of years ago). I have quite a day planned. New outfit, hair, make-up, pictures, trip to the DMV and SSI for updated ID's. Then, at the end of July, I am having FFS. I'll be a new woman by September, literally.

In the town that i live in There is male john to female jenifer who i mostly 99.9% of the time call them jenny. Though once in a while i slip amd call jenny by john.
Congrats on 2K, I will get to that this year maybe. As regards the Miss-gendering at Subway, that must have been horrid. Would it make things better if you were to go back there when its quiet and see if you could ask that person why they said that? or do you prefer to let it go? Life can be tough, when you get in a taxi with girls and the driver says "Where you guys going" you have to remember its just a term that people use these days to refer to people of any sex but to be called Sir directly to your face is a bit off.
Old video so maybe you won't see this, but I straight up called a dude ma'am today for no reason whatsoever, it just happened. He was male and was in no way presenting as anything other than how I saw him and yet "ma'am" came out of my mouth and I just apologized and he barely blinked. Sometimes stuff like that just happens and though I can appreciate how that can be more impactful for someone who is living the life you're living, I wouldn't want you to dwell on it. I try not to comment on anyone's appearance for any reason in the comments sections, but if it helps, to look at you, if I didn't know your background, I'm not sure I would read you as trans at all. You're a woman and I wouldn't put an asterisk on it.
