When you say "without a rest day" you dont mean youve been deadlifting for 2000 days straight. You are resting your muscles, you just train other muscles while they rest
Hi, I am currently onto your training program and have small question. If I fail on Monday T1 10x1, I am supposed to take immediate 3 days rest and reset my training program or reset only Monday T1 and continue to grind other days?
