My uncle owns an exhaust shop and he always deletes the rear cats on these with Flowmasters or a straight thru mufflers. It will still pass inspection too

Next time, order the stock replacement H-pipe, it bolts right up. Might as well order the tailpipes so you don't need to bend those, then just make up the rest with extra pipe and mufflers. That's what I did on mine without mufflers and it was much deeper and smoother than this.

Y’all should have had the guy that does most of the videos do the intro for y’all.

The revs were out of this world, but the take off was just loud and raspy. I wonder if a pair of Vibrant Ultra Quiets in the same pipe size would have sounded smoother, but still mean on this car.

Y'all have done a shit-ton of Panthers, so hopefully you can answer my question - I've got a 2000 Grand Marquis and want to throw a set of Stainless Works headers on it. Instead of putting one of their catback systems on it, I'd like to know if there's room to put a Borla 400493 x-pipe muffler under the driveshaft and a couple of 400480 or (400484 if they'll fit)) to replace the stock mufflers. The flange is under the driver's seat, so there's not much length to work with AND I don't know how much ground clearance I'd lose with the 400493 on the centerline. I like whatever I drive or ride to be 100% civilized unless I get to banging on it - then the music should make everyone grin. Whadya think? Might it work? Or should I just get the Stainless Works and change the mufflers if they're too loud? I'm west or Portland, OR, so coming by to consult is problematic 😁
