Thanks for appreciating the video. I'm not a mechanic so I can't give much more help. But, I was looking on RU-vid and there are a bunch of guys with videos troubleshooting the Civic fan issues. Did you use a genuine Honda sensor? If not, maybe the sensor isn't working, even if it is new out of the box. I had this same issue about two years ago. The mechanic put in an aftermarket sensor. It just lasted two years. Before I had time to replace this sensor, I asked my daughter to just turn on the AC if the car started overheating. Because, same as yours, the fans came on with the AC. Not the best solution, but for a temporary fix, it kept the temperature normal. Good luck. Please let me know if you find a solution. Hope you have a blessed day.
