I don't get the controversy about this season, Matt Kenseth was the most consistent driver that season. Does it matter that he only scored one win all year? Of course not, he fully deserved to win the championship that year

@@santinopucheta1111 in the case of Austin Dillon's Xfinity title in 2013, there was a rule in place that cup series drivers could still run most or all of the schedule and compete for wins, but they couldn't score points towards the Xfinity Series championship
@SiVlog1989 4 drivers won only 1 race and still won the championship Benny and Matt are two of them but the other 2 were Bill Rexford in 1950 and Ned Jarrett in 1961.
