At 6:40, he puts it in dry… 😏 When in doubt, on almost every polyurethane bushing install on every platform, don’t be afraid to use a little bit of white lithium grease between the metal componentry and the bushings. That includes the outer parts of the bushings where they make contact with a metal sub frame/bracket during suspension movement. The grease will not harm the poly, and it will make for a much easier install, with better long-term operation and reduced bushing fatigue. Hope this helps some people. And to the OP, thank you for putting this together to show folks the crossmember bushing installation. This makes a huge improvement to these cars. 🍻 🇦🇺
superpro say to always make sure u leave a .5-4mm end float on the axles to prevent loading on the pinion bearings when using adjustable bushes or they will chop out the diff bearings i like to keep the original toe link inner bush non adjustable u can make a inner bushing to align the cradle bolts in the subframe bushing from 15mm to 17mm to fit the 14mm bolt in its 18mm hole better to drop the springs and align without the resistance to
Going to be doing this on the car myself. Ended up putting my diff and axles in now… well the diff is in axles and driveshaft next. I canceled my bmr bushings order from summit because they still haven’t givin me a tracking number. They were advertised as shipping the next day and two weeks later still nothing. So I ordered energy suspension bushings from kollar racing which were much cheaper but he called and told me cradle bushings are out until June so he subbed with pedders. Thank you for the videos, well done as always. I’m interested to hear how the car feels once everything is done?

@@evsnova74 a lot of this stuff I don’t understand. But I’m grateful for every bit of experience you guys put up. After repeatedly watching your coilover videos when I did it it felt like I knew it. Same with removing my diff and axles. Good and bad thank you for sharing

I ordered 4 super pro bushings for my inner and outer rear control arms. They are all identical and non adjustable I believe. I plan to keep and re use my OEM toe link. Will these be okay?? LMK please !
I'm starting to piece the bushings together, hoping to start on the install before the end of the year. For the whiteline inner /outer bushings, did you just buy two of the part# W61483 ? I wasn't sure if there was a different Whiteline part # for the inner one that is non-adjustable.
I just got 2X kits of super pro for rear control arms so I think two sets is 4X bushings ? I did solid polys and am keeping oem toe rods. Hope it’s correct ? lol
