I have an 05 lincoln signature. Its white with tan interior and does have the sun roof and the fender trim chrome and rocker chrome factory package. Ill never get rid of this car. It is totally rust free and dent free. I dont understand though why these are called grand parent cars. How so? My 89 cadillac brougham is a grandpa car, but not the 98 to 2011 town cars. My 05 lincoln reminds me moreso of my 67 cougar I owned back in the early 1970s and is sporty. I dont care if people think its an old people car, but im not getting it when these cars are aerodynamic and sporty and have dual exhaust and split bench front seats. These town cars are only an extension of the two door coupes and is close to that of the mid 80s Mark 7. At age 68 im more able to see the trail of how these cars came to be.

I thought that was my 2005 Signature at first. I graduated high screwel in 2005 long before I bought my 05 and 03 Town Cars and my school colors were black and white so I took the 2005 tassel out of my 90 Montero and stuck it in my 2005 White Town Car which has a black driver's door mirror among all the other black trim/tires as tho it was meant to be.

Hey 👋🏼 I actually didn’t drive to Portland I flew in for a church convention, but what is cool is that the guys were willing to gather for the sake of “Love What You Drive” and to just meet new people and share the same passion for these cars! Salute to Evergreen Panthers and all the guys that came out!

I have spark plugs but filters I have already ventured out. Wal mart, when they have them in stock are the cheapest motorcraft oil filters than any other auto store.

@@pantherplatform I have no idea. I was looking for a clean CV or GM and this LTC fell into my lap. Too clean to pass up, spotless underneath, 96K miles. So far DDModule, door ajar sensor, and driver power window motor have been the only issues and those are common and were fairly easy to fix. New Cooper tires tomorrow, these are dry-rotted. I asked the dealer why it sat in the back of his lot for so long it had a dead battery being such a clean 20 year old vehicle. No one wants 'Grandpa' cars was his answer. Fancy Jeeps big trucks and sportscars are what kids want nowadays.
