Today we take a full look at my previously owned Chevy Cobalt, I had this car a while ago but uploaded this video slightly late. The Cobalt was designed to replace the Chevrolet Cavalier and Pontiac Sunfire, which ended production of those models in 2005 and the cobalt was made available shortly after. The cobalt comes with a variety of engines, including a 2.0-liter supercharged engine that produced 205 horsepower that can be found in the “SS” Trim level for the cobalt. The Cobalt also featured an optional sport suspension and a rear spoiler. While it was popular among drivers, it was also subject to a recall due to a defective ignition switch. Cobalts are also sold as the Pontiac G5 or “pursuit” in Canada. The G5/pursuit as well as the cobalt were available in 2 door and 4 door configurations.
