2007 Ford Fusion Confiming PATS Relearn on a PCM 

I don't talk much in this one and it's boring to watch.
This video is to confirm that the security relearn could be performed on this returned PCM. The problem was an inadequate scantool used at their local shop for the PATS functions. They sent us their cluster and keys which were programmed without a problem. This generation ford fusion disables the starter as a means to immobilize.
tl;dr Customers local shop couldn't perform PATS relearn successfully. The PCM worked.
