I'm friggin amazed by how damn BIG those pliers were....I have never seen pliers that huge before lol...I seriously want a pair now... I'd seriously use it to compress the brakes...wow... I'm not kidding, I walked away from this video and that's what left a mark lol... I'm showing my car buddies and ofc their wives all went "why would you need pliers THAT big?" "You never know." Was my answer lol
@@RoysGarage808 where'd you buy them specifically? Could I literally find a pair in an AutoZone or even Walmart? I CANNOT wait to have to describe it to someone who doesn't know what they are lol .... "Yes... They're like GINORMOUS.... Like more of a big ass oil filter wrench kinda look more than needle nose... You get it?" Or show them this video ..
Great video, I’m very happy I found it. I just purchased a 07 GS 350 with new front brakes, but oftentimes breaks squeak really bad, what could be the problem(or solution )? Also, the dashboard squeaks or rattles. Any idea how to solve this issue? Thank you very much!
the Dash has some bolts in it that loosen over time and it is a big job. Try squeezing the dash just above the the speedometer, where the dash and the cluster come together if that stops it , then get some felt and push it in there to tighten it up.
Thx Roy. My steering wheel been shaking while driving on freeway. I balance the tires and alignment already but still shakes. Some one recommended me to change out rotor next what do you think causing the shaking? Used 2002 gs430 liked sub
@@Prosper_Pun I would say it’s a balancing issue, I know you got it balanced already but I would highly recommend you taking it back and tell them to re-balance it again. Second most common would be something wrong with the tire itself. Hope that helps and thanks for your patience 🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽
hello, i am upgrading the brakes on my 2008is250awd, i bought the gs350 awd front caliper, so can the 2008 gs350awd brake discs be installed? I know that the wheel hub of gs and is is the same.
Great question and the answer is no, this tool/method is actually the best way to get trapped air out of your system by yourself. It uses the “laws of gravity” as air is lighter and will easily go upwards. There’s different methods to do this depending on what the job called for. If you’re worried about air in general going in through the opened bleeder screw, the weight and pressure of the fluid coming out keeps the air from getting sucked in so make sure there is enough fluid in your master. Another question/concern I get a lot of about this method is the concern that it’ll push sediment up to your ABS and master, this tool just doesn’t have enough pressure for that. Hope that answers your question and thanks for watching 🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽
