It's very "Thunderbirds" sort of retro futuristic look that I'm sure will get even better with age. Most new cars trying to be 'interesting' look like a Transformer that had a problem turning back into a car.

you don't need to get an AMG in order to get a V8, the CLS 550 has a 5.5 L V8 and they sell for $8000-$9000usd here in USA the CLS350 would sell for $5-6k like the one shown

That front driver fender doesn’t line up with the other body panels very well...

It's the same on the both sides, looks a little off.

It is that way on all CLS (w219) models however it really shows on white. The front fender has massive rubber gaskets to keep everything quiet. Most CLS especially the AMG models are black or dark colors so this flaw is not as prevalent. Also this car has serious rubber gaskets everywhere along the fenders door panels and windows. I have a CLS55 and usually use a Silicon gasket spray to go over every gasket at least once a year or you get noisy doors when opening in hot weather.

Two questions: Why does a person in GERMANY want to IMPORT a Mercedes from Japan of all places and was this Mercedes a former Yakuza car? (with it being LHD and having a personalised plate)

We sell to a lot of dealers and pretty much none of them allow their cars on the channel. Many of them ship direct to the port so you won't see them in the lot in the background. I think this is the first CLS that has entered out lot.

Nobody has bought one yet. We have sold several DC2s but the DC5 is not that popular.

Bless the japanese government for putting rediculous laws in place that makes owning a car after 10 years not worthwhile! The people who buy these cars for very decent prices are saying thank you.

Japanese people barely drive their cars, and they take very good care of them, also the speed limits are low so they don't drive fast. This is probably the reason why someone from Germany of all places would choose to import over buying locally. These kind of cars are abused real hard and are not serviced properly after a few years, so even in Germany these cars in this condition, if they even exist, would cost a fortune.

cls 350 is a 3.0 not a 3.5 check your data most new german cars wont match numbers on the back to the engine dimensions and your mercedes in the us are not as good also diesel rules peace from bulgaria mate :) sorry if i have gramar problems
