2008 gsxr 750 Ebay Ignition (fixed) K8 

I’m waiting for EBay to deliver my new ignition switch. So good to know in advance that this is not a one to one swap. I Really appreciate your excellent process description. (I have a 2001 model so I assume the same or worst!) Greetings from France (Europe)

All you had to do was crack open the bottom of the old ignition take the circle black piece out with the wires and resistor on it then unscrew the bottom off the after market ignition and swap the black circle pieces

all you needed yo do was remove the stock wiring from the original switch and put it into the new ignition switch as its a direct fit which means you have new switch and your original wiring ! simple as fuck takes 2 mins to swap out

I'm glad you had good luck I bought the new ignition because I lost the key for my Katana so I looked on eBay and it was 28 bucks $30 with tax for all the things you got I plugged my new ignition in and nothing. I checked the battery it was fine but it still will not do anything I have no idea I check the fuses still nothing this Katana is cursed

i had this issue today on my yamaha wr250x.......I just plugged one of the connections from the old ignition in & boom it worked , I just took it & tucked it under the seat lol

Bfor u put that resistor in , did the bike just crank but no start , I think I'm going threw the same but I'm not sure 2007 gsxr 750 it's turns over fuel primes but no start

I had the same problem, I had to cut the two of the wires and putt a 100 ohm 1/2 wat resistor and the bike fired up everything worked right

How were you riding this bike before this vid please I need help my bike is my money maker and ex wife stole the keys
