2008 Mazda 6 Removing Front + Rear Door Panels 

Thanks for the video. On 2010 Mazda6, the door opener screw is hidden behind a flat clip-out panel. There are three clips. One is located about halfway along the bottom edge; the other twe are on the short edges, at top next to the locking button and at bottom beneath the handle. Inserting a flat trim-removal tool beside the locking button and prying will release the clip.

On my Mazda 6 2008, there was no bottom right screw near the light... Just some clips. Hope that helps. (I didn't have to end up pulling whole door off to disconnect my faulty automatic window motor, luckily!)

Follow the same instructions for the front passenger door as the back door
