The Steelers face their second test of the year as they take on Derek Anderson and the Browns, in Cleveland's only appearance so far on NBC's Sunday Night Football.
This game happened several months after I graduated from high school. Great times... I remember watching this game as if it were literally yesterday. R.I.P., John Madden.
I was in 5th grade when this game happened. I started watching it with my dad then the power went out. I was devastated, then I woke up the following morning to be even more devastated
The Browns has high expeditions after their 10-6 run in 2007, earning them this prime time spot. But Browns went back to being Browns and flat out sucked...
we had like 5 prime time games that season. SNF vs PIT, MNF vs NYG at PHI at BUF, and TNF vs DEN. idk how i even remember that considering i was 6 years old
@@dogpd3 who’s to say that the Steelers would have even faced Patriots in the playoffs had they made it there? Plus, 2008 Steelers defense was probably the best defense the NFL has seen in the 21st century. James Harrison, Troy Polamalu, and others were incredible that season.
@@dogpd3 well it doesn’t matter because injuries are part of football. Hell, there’s been years where the Steelers lost key players with injuries that many believe that had it not been for that the Steelers would have more then 6 Super Bowl wins. Despite that, you won’t find me complaining about it on any of my RU-vid comments.
This is not "a very old rivalry." It's a new rivalry. The real Clevland rivals went to Baltimore. That's why the Steelers and Ravens have picked up where they left off!
notice the ego of michaels with madden in the booth? no matter, he was over matched right from where the first camera was all over him to the exclusion of madden.
