Thanks for the comment. Overall, this was a challenging job but was necessary to be completed. I did not remove/replace the coolant fittings into the engine block but I would recommend a set of long picks (for the retainer clip) and a lot of patience.

Too far out of spec for the gasket to fill.

Coolant fittings were included in the Turbo Install Kit I bought us.bddiesel.com/products/exhaust-manifold-install-kit-ford-f-150-3-5l-ecoboost-2011-2016?variant=40928806994103 ... I am not sure what the exact part number is.
