Yeah, I agree, I can't seem to find a video of how the rear seats fold and recline, I did find pictures on Google, but pictures aren't as detailed as a video.
He forgot to mention a lot of things like the storage space inside, under and behind the back seats, the tourqeflite 8 speed transmission, power automatic wind shield wiper, power fold away mirrors, also he forgot to mention that the longhorn is the most expensive in the line and 3G hotspot by icon next
How's the mpg? A lot of people say you don't buy a truck for mpg, when in my case I would because the more you can get the further you can go, and if you're gonna buy a truck for light off-road recreation like sand, and a bit of dirt, then it'll help.
It's a nice truck. The cargo boxes are very useful, as I had some on my Avalanche. But, the Chevy 2500HD has a Class V trailer hitch for 15k lbs., and an exhaust brake.
1. I'm 5'8 and have zero problems getting into this truck. 2. The RAM Box fucks your total bed width (on an already short bed). Worst upgrade item ever. 3. The exhaust brake on the RAM is loudest out of the big three (a good thing actually, as it sounds great).
So with that additive... It's basicall y for people who don't wanna roll coal? Never seen a guy who bought a diesel, especially a Cummins, not want to roll coal. I mean it's not bad for the truck.
It can in the exhaust, but that's why some of your commercial trucks have regeneration which basically burns it all out of the DPF and I think EGR if they have it. Pick up trucks don't have it and from what I know about diesels, which i'm pretty intelligent with them since I've been around DT466's my whole life and watch hundreds of vids about them, never came across anything that said rolling coal was bad for engine. I'm not a professional mechanic but I do know more than how to change the oil...
Those actually are tow mirrors. On the newer RAMs they flip up and go vertical. The tow mirrors have a large magnified area, and a less magnified bent mirror to get enough visual to see 2 lanes over.
I've never driven a dually before, but I know what it's like to drive a long truck. I learned to drive on a Dodge Ram 1500 Quad Cab with a long bed. I remember when I got my license, the person at the DMV just looked at it for a minute before I took my test.
