The eventual #1 and #2 seeds in the NFC playoffs begin the 2013 season with a defensive battle, in the second career meeting between Russell Wilson and Cam Newton.
To start of the 2013 NFL Season , the Carolina Panthers who looked to improve on their 7-9 record from 2012, host the Seattle Seahawks who went 11-5 at 2012. This game turned out to be a battle of defenses as both teams were held to under 10 points through 3 quarters, but a 43 yard touchdown pass from Wilson to Kearse in the 4th quarter propelled the Seahawks over the Panthers.
I have enjoyed watching NFL games of the past for free during COVID19 because it helped me to cope with the unpredictable by giving me comfort. My question is how will the NFL 2020 still be able to be played considering how many factors go into player's safety without a bubble. We have seen how a bubble works in NHL, MLS, and NBA and great credit goes to them for pulling it off. I question the NFL's decision not to use one. Overall, the interesting part is the players in many ways they are safer than we are because they are tested frequently and can remain other athletes who tested negative. I saw pictures of the NHL bubble in NHL Toronto and NHL Edmonton and wish everyone could have that same degree of safety daily in their lives as those athletes do because it is something everyone needs. I will go off on a tangent now. I look at the COVID19 numbers in other countries such as New Zealand, Canada, or Germany to name a few and wonder why their numbers are so low as compared to the U.S. EIther their numbers are low by design and ours are high on purpose, or vice versa. I believe there is a reality that we are not being told, and that bothers me. Thank you,
This was the game that started the Super Bowl 48 run. Crazy game too. 2 field goals. Jermaine Kearse game winning touchdowns and Earl Thomas stripping Williams to win the game for us.
I liked seeing the graphic at 1:02:13 showing how the Seahawks had five 10AM PT starts, and how as a franchise they had a losing record in these games since 2001. They won all but of them that year (admittedly the Texans, Falcons, and Giants weren't very good that year either, but still).
To be fair, the Texans started 2-0 and were on the verge to going 3-0 before the Seahawks wild OT comeback in Houston. Texans would finish the season 2-14...
See, the Panthers were a really good team that season. Finished with the #2 Seed in the NFC. The other teams Seattle beat at 1pm (Texans, Falcons, and Giants) finished with a combined record of 13-35 (admittedly, the Giants did go 7-3 to end the season, but still). The only team they lost to at 1pm was Indianapolis, who went 11-5, and beat teams like the 49ers, Broncos, and Chiefs that season.
Thank you so much for all the videos you've posted - you've given me countless hours of entertainment, reliving my favorite experiences as a sports fan! I don't know if you do requests or anything, but here's my great wish: The 2014 NFC Divisional Carolina @ Seattle game (played on 2015-01-10). It's probably best remembered as the game where Kam Chancellor twice jumped over the line attempting to block a field goal at the end of the first half, but to me the whole game was the Kam Game. I just remember him owning the whole field, start to finish. It amazed me at the time, and still does today: how can one player stand out that much - on THAT DEFENSE!!! This was the game that solidified his spot as my favorite Seahawk! Anyway, I've been searching for a complete copy of that game to watch for some time, with no luck. I'd love it if you could help but if not, I understand. Again, much thanks for all you've done already!
@@frankiesacco hey thanks for the great football content it always makes my day keep up the good work. Hey I was wondering could you upload the Carolina panthers 2013 full regular season games ?

As a Washington fan I noticed the commentators mentioning Ron Rivera and him getting over the 7 game hump. That let's me know that's his limit and we have to move on from Ron.
