we used a metal filter cut out from a filter basket. The gasket/sealant would only work for a low number of high pressure extractions before rapid unscheduled disassembly. At one point we had an extra shower screen made of arcylic but fewer holes and that was not an improvement. There are a few videos of that time way back in my timeline.
is there a version with "proper" headroom? (about 2mm between the top of the dry puck and the shower screen, or for display purpous, a second shower screen whcih is fixed above the puck) i have seen earlier videos with effects of felini moves, where the puck expands when the pressure is reduced, but how does this look like with the shower screen in place?
