Reset oil quick; press/hold the enter key on the steering wheel once at oil % screen. Use a 74mm wrench to remove and 3/4 turn past hand snug to install. Definitely lube the filter o-ring. Thanks for the video

Idk if I'd recommend using the oil filter tool you purchased to "tighten more than hand tight" You should only ever tighten the oil filter by hand until it makes contact, and then tighten 3/4 of a turn past that. Great video and great instructions otherwise.

Thanks for the nice video. Wix is one of the best filters you can get bro! Always use rubber gloves used waste oil causes cancer. Also a good time to hit the outer tie rods and/or any replacement joints with a grease gun

Informative, but always fill the new filter with fresh oil before installing it, that way the engine doesn't have to fill it first when you start it, and doesn't go without oil pressure that much longer.

Standard operating procedure. Also clean the contact surface on the engine where the filter mates up. And put a little of the old oil on the seal to lube it so it will move a bit once it makes contact. Hand tight, then another half turn if you can get that out of it.

Very informative. Agree with the fill and clean area. Probably not that Big of a deal but once you learn away stick to it. Till you find a more efficient way.

@@TheRealSkeptyk I pretty much agree, unless you need a hi flow for high rpm engines etc etc. A filter is a filter, for 99% of stock road vehicles.
