Yes its possible, you need special software with obd or go to tuner shop who can change it

This kodiaq was RS so 245 PS or RS TDi 240 PS but weight 1800-1900 kg and Chevrolet Tahoe in 2500 kg but has limiter, without limiter it will hit 130 mph (210 kmh)
