It's not terribly hard. Maybe about an 8 once you first play. After you learn the rules it becomes a 3-ish. But to make a great deck without copying someone's idea is very very difficult. But it tournament play you will see the same top 4 decks out of the 100+ people in the tournament.

at 4:20 she says something really stupid. why is it a good thing to even make the play position stronger that already is stronger than draw?! the scry rule may be a step into the right direction, still its stupid. as explained by the other guy, its too weak on the draw.
