I have a 2015 suburban with a 6l80. When I bought it there was some TQ converter shudder. I found out that the factory tune allowed 200+ rpm slip in the converter. I went in and turned all the sub-tables to not allow it to slip. I hope this buys me some time to save up to have the transmission rebuilt. Have you ever done this or seen it done?

So i just traded for rebuild 6l90. Before I installed should I just go ahead and replace stock converter for a heavier 1, is that your recommendation?

Difference between flanged and standard on the torque converter? Need to replace mine and they are asking which one I have

Man I have a 2011 gmc sierra with I’m assuming the 6l80 I can be driving and just goes to nutrual. I can reset with my scanner even if no code shown and it will drive again for awhile ? Can u tell me wassup with that
