Hey bud I’ve got a 2002 f150 4WD lariat with a A4R70W and I am experiencing a vibration in the pedal around 65mph could it be my torque converter? Overdrive gears were replaced 9 years ago and a shift kit installed. Just trying to narrow down the issue. I’ve rebuilt the rear end and still experiencing the issue. Thank you for your time.
Realize you are a Chev guy however. Good morning, I have been enjoying your channel for some time. If I could please pose a question. I have a 2006 Ford F150 FX4 5.4L. Original transmission the reverse went out of it. Had about 225,000km(140,000miles)Shifted great otherwise. Replaced it with one out of an 04 I was scrapping. Works good. I now want to rebuild the original. Any words of wisdom, or recommendations on upgrades? I have been told just to replace the reverse band assembly as it was working so well otherwise. I use the truck to plow, and head up to the hunt camp on very rough terrain. Any input would be appreciated.
