2016 Yamaha Stryker Review - Fittings and Specifications

In this video, we took a look at the fittings and specs of the 2016 Yamaha Stryker, a cool looking cruiser class bike.
The test bike was a stock standard 1300cc Stryker provided by Team Moto Yamaha in Cairns.

The plan was originally to revisit the bike once they had fitted the aftermarket exhaust system which we were told gives it a brilliant throaty sound and allows the engine to breath much more. It just never eventuated unfortunately.

Can't wait to see Part 2, seriously considering this as my next bike. Have gone to my local Yamaha dealer and it looks and feels really comfortable, hopefully by Christmas I'll be in a better position to make a purchase.

My Dad has a 15 he bought new for his first bike. I've road it a few time. And I prefer this to our Dyna wide glides. Way faster, better responding, the look I mean come on.

yeah mate, I know I promised but I just can't get it done, the dealer change made it super hard to get my hands on the bike again

HI, not trying to be a wise guy, but you folks in Australia do know that this is a STAR MOTORCYCLE and not the Yamaha Parent Company... kinda noticed you're not the only Aussie doing that... the thing is no one is searching for Yamaha cruisers.. but rather Star as they are always known... Cheers

totally different engine build and look. more like a harley Lowrider with pushrods etc. I guess.

Tim Soroski I'm curious, what did you expect? For him to just make up the specs? Ofcourse the information is on the manufacturers website just like every other motorcycle. To do a proper review you require accurate specs. So how about "thanks for" him taking the time to put this video together. I dont know about you but id rather watch a video then just read a specs table.
