Test drove one of these, it rides awesome, super comfortable and the EPS is butter smooth. All and all exactly what you expect from Yamaha, very solid. But I'm holding out till September to see what the Sport SXS is gonna bring.
Love this SXS (and I'm not a SXS guy at all) I like when they said its for ppl who want to get out and enjoy nature, trail riding. thats exactly what I like and do with my Grizzly, I just think every SXS should be a twin cylinder and maybe put a triple in the sport SXS they are coming out with in September. thats true for sure, it's why I like my Grizz 700 so much, through the trails its just as fast as the bigger bikes, it's just when you hit an open logging road, or something, the other bikes pull away.

defstar exactly what I thought. IF Yamaha had ask me or any body I know first thing to say would have been Vtwin big bore. Doesnt have to be a 1000 either.
TheCamaro5 Rumor is a (3) cylinder 900 is next...we shall see...but for now I have my eye on Honda's new Pioneer 1000 v-twin that's putting out 77HP according to CARB...I'm giving Yamaha till the end of the year then I'm either purchasing a Honda or Yamaha...
Yamaha has a teaser video of the new sxs already..lol it's full sport triple engine. Second, whoever said everyone is wanting more power is wrong. I own a wolverine and I'm the wolverine forum. It's faster than the rzr 900 on tighter trails... which is what it was made for.. the new September release is aimed at the Mavericks and xp 1000.. look up the video..
