I can't find a solid anything on when to change these, nothing about it in the owners manual. Online searches either result in Honda websites that only shows up to 30k services or has some weird statement where it list changing plugs under the 15k,45k,60k,100k section. So Idk, its anyone guess I suppose at this point, my guess is around 60,000-75,000.
