When you put the word ‘Sport’ into the name of a car, it sets an expectation of some kind of excitement from the driving experience. In this case, it’s more to describe the difference between the standard Santa Fe with its three rows of seats and this shorter model. While the idea of a shorter version is great, the name is a bit misleading. There’s really not a huge amount of sporting intention. What there is, however, is a very nice, well-equipped midsize SUV...

Great video. Surely any vehicle with cameras and sensors will have these very problems in snow. I have had my 2017 model UK spec automatic SantaFe 7 seat premium se 2.2 tdi 197HP for six months with no problems in heavy rain etc. Incidentally this model will do 34 - 44 MPG depending on how it is driven and it is loads of fun. Suspension was modified by Hyundai to be a bit firmer to suit UK roads which is a bonus because there is little body roll. By the way despite what some of my American cousins believe, you don't need v8 power to tow. I regularly tow 2 ton with no problem and it will tow 3.5 ton thanks to its torque pattern and self levelling suspension.

Thanks! This is a small "Sport" version that actually has a quite firm suspension. We wish to have TDI's here but from our view, that's not gonna happen any soon :)

Haha!! You KNOW that shot of him sliding in the snow had to have hit the camera person, thats why it cut off so fast!! If it didn't, that was too damn close for comfort!!!

One simple advice - drive them all before you buy. There is no perfect car that fits everyone, same as a pair of shoes.

the Tucson 2016 1.6T limited is the WORST I have ever own, First transmition issues we struggle for months and then AC issues , still not resolved , the Hyundai team DOS NOT CARE!!!! or may be they are just incompetent. the (beep) representative from (beep) Hyundai does not sign his emails (I think he/she might be ashamed of working with (beep) Hyundai) DONT BUY HYNDAI!!! DONT BUY HYNDAI!!!
