For whatever this may be worth....I have had my 2017 1SS for a solid year now. With 12K miles , lots of run it through the gears runs and a LOT of burnouts...ZERO issues...NONE. Short of buying tires...and oil...no expenses. Anyone on the fence about an SS...BUY IT!

Wish I had one, with the stick. For now I'll continue to sport my Silverado 1500 and Honda Minivan. Dad power! Would make a great third car for playtime in the future.

Crazy how these things depreciate. I was looking online today and seen new 2018 1ss going for 43k! That's insane. The brand new 2ss was around 45 and some even 49k! It's the exact same car as the 2017. Nothing changed. Used 2017s 1ss are going for 27k with fairly low mileage. 16k difference for a year newer that's the exact same everything.

I have a 2017 2SS Krypton Green with black stripes, magnetic ride control and NPP quad exhaust(best sounding stock exhaust). There's absolutely no changes in the 2018. I love this car. 😎 I got a quick video on my channel.

i wish the challenger display was like this one. Having all the gauges in front is preferable to only one at a time, thats why i love the dash on my 77 TA.

I wish also that Dodge didn't put the heated/cooled seats in the infocenter. I prefer separate switches. One less potential hiccup for the infocenter.

Cory R It has a response yeah, but the shift times a very quick. GM claims it's faster then a PDK. I'm not sure about that, what can say that it's shift faster than a m4.

Floritual its close to the PDK, but it's not as conistently as quick. Great transmission, but not quite PDK level.

Frank A That's true, but even though the 2018 mustang is much improved performance wise. It still isn't far off from the Camaro, Ford and Chevy will always keep switching places! I'm a mustang guy btw😂💪

Life long chevy fan and i hate all their new designs. Mustang looks better than the this (asian looking camaro. The new silverado 2017 is ugly. Dodge and fords look better. Hate the new c7 corvette even though the Z06 looks better because its wider. I guess chevy is kicking off this robotic age. No thanks.

I got a new 2017 Silverado LTZ Z71 and disagree with you. Wait until 2019, all the 8-cylinder GM motors are going to 1-7 cylinder deactivation. Whew, I can only imagine the problems.
