I really think this will be considered a classic one day. This style is the last real truck. Now they are basically suburban front ends (no steel bumpers, plastic front end)
Whos offroading in this truck? Lolz..... this truck is for owners and management of construction companies who drive around collecting checks and telling the workers what to do. Its for us bosses ;).
The LT 5.3 is nothing like the LS 5.3, The injection is directed right into the back of the intake valve rather than through to the intake port which maximizes the CFM airflow of the cylinder heads to be able to flow more air thats where you see the larger power increases of the LT's VS LS's and the 6 speed gets better fuel economy over both the 8 & 10 speeds with the 5.3's as engine is seeing more shifts and is being lugged down, However with the 6.2's the 8 & 10 speeds shine for better fuel economy along with it helping with towing, I have both a 2,018 Silverado with the 5.3 LT engine along with a 2,018 GMC Sierra Denali with the 5.3 both with 6 speeds, Neither one shifts at the low 4,000 rpm you speak of when matting them to the floor they shift at 5,700-5,800
Honestly a great review on a truck I was looking into. I live in Cali but in rural part and I like having the best of both worlds of truck that can do the down and dirty work. But as well something that looks nice as well. Thank you for making this video lol
Just picked up the same truck pretty much . 18 sle..when looking around I thought the sierra and silverado were exact same...aside from minor details...I chose the sierra because I like the grill and steering wheel better..lol...is there really a difference?
My family got one of these and it is horrible both axles have been replace and it has gearbox problems and it has never even gone off road also the touch screen doesn't turn on half the time!!!
