With traction control ,better suspension almost 30 more hp and costs only as much as this bike, GSXS 750 almost marks the end of cb650f. The GSXR howl is a free gift.
Aditya Mohan it is indeed... But still there isn't any fully faired 4 cylinder bike there at the price point.. sure for us vfm guys it's makes no sense, only competition is between z900 and gsxs 750... But someone looking for fully faired bike will still go for it, considering how z900 hasn't been able to kill it till now...
Dilip Jadhav no see a fool would pay 6 lakhs for a Benelli 600i and then realise that it costs 30000 to service it in first two years. or a fool would pay 9 lakhs for a z800 or z900 and realize that the ASC demands 40000 for a rim while the cbr rim costs 11k. Every other bike in the 650-900 class has exorbitant spares.. the 650f has the cheapest spares and the cheapest service costs.
@Shumi... Z900 or cbr650f , Am talking about not just performance , but it’s about ownership maintenance of the bike.. which is better for touring and to keep the bike for atlst 5 yr maintenance
This or GSX S750? Could u pls recommend which to go with in terms of reliability, ease of maintenance, minimal track riding and a bit of touring. Also the availability of parts.
Looks awesome as the previous generation....But still an expensive deal for the displacement & power when there are better competition in that price bracket..
Please give more info. about the engine vibration, how it feels on foot pegs, seats etc....I saw many blogs that only downside of the this bike is the vibrations despite inline4
I posted India's first review of new cbr650f on India's first delivered bike. And I felt its an improved bike but still price is not justified. Especially when you have z900 around which is basically a 1000cc super refined bike. But as they say, this bike will sell coz people want cheaper maintenance more than performance and refinement. I also own one though! 😂
Samuel Joy Real world highway mileage of CBR650f is 21-26kmpl.....in city traffic it easily returns a fuel efficiency figures of around 18-20kmpl.... For a 650cc Inline-4 that is really impressive.
Why does honda always charge a premium for their offerings? Ditto with the cbr250r. Come on honda give us a big bike at a price that will make indian customers smile with glee . Maybe their main focus in the Indian market is selling Activas!!!!.
CBR 650f is not overpriced. It is the only inline sports tourer producing 87HP in its category. Coming to CBR 250 ABS version is a bit overpriced but standard version is value for money. Quality comes at a price.
PRASHANTH yes. Its the most fuel efficient inline 4 in the segment. The first 3 service bills come to 3000 rupees... as much as a cbr250rs service bill
gaurav kapoor yeah because your govt doesn't apply any import taxes on these bikes huh? it sells for 6 lakhs in the country its made and you want it to sell for 5 in India? Paagal ho kya?
