@@rafsolo it's not. He's just saying that because he has a 2016 and wants to feel special. For decent advise, it's always suggested to not get the first year/two of any gen of any car. If they started making the 10th gen from 2016 until 2021, it's best to get the 2018 and up, that way they worked out most of the kinks.
The car is an LX. At the time of making the video, I was misinformed of the trim level and had no window sticker to cross reference it with. There was also no badging indicating the trim level either. Sorry about that.

I honestly say it’s all about the dealership and how they manage their business. If it’s a good business, you won’t feel that pressure or passive aggression you get at a less well run dealership. Congrats on the car though!
If you’re referring to me calling It and EX-L in the video, then that’s on me. I was miss-informed about the trim level upon review, this is actually an LX.
