I was wondering how you cleaned the plastic for the speedometer instrument cluster because I’ve been reading online that that scratches really easy.

You'd be correct, typically I will use a clean microfiber towel and a spray wax or sealant and little to no pressure. Also, avoid going in a circular motion.
